Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Track Aisle you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Track Aisle is an invoice intelligence platform that extracts line items from vendor invoices, detects price changes, and exports updates to point-of-sale systems. The service is provided as-is during the beta period.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all invoice data you upload. You grant Track Aisle a limited license to process that data to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Track Aisle to process invoices you are not authorized to access, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI extraction system, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Limitation of liability

Track Aisle is not liable for pricing decisions made on the basis of extracted data. Always verify critical pricing before updating your POS. The service is provided without warranty during beta.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
