1. What we collect

We collect your email address and business name when you join the waitlist or create an account. When you upload invoices, we process the document content to extract line items and pricing data.

2. How we use it

Your invoice data is used solely to provide the Track Aisle service — extraction, price comparison, and POS export. We do not sell your data or use it to train shared AI models.

3. Data security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Invoice files are stored in isolated, access-controlled storage tied to your account.

4. Data retention & deletion

You can delete individual invoices or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We retain no copies after deletion.
